Design Services

Payments made for design or consultation services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If canceled before work starts, partial refunds (after deductions) may be considered.

Products

Return & Refunds are only applicable if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
Any such issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods, along with video documentation as proof.
Without a valid video proof, claims may not be accepted.

Custom Orders

Customized products are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
